Aria — Terms of Use
Aria is a private, non-commercial application operated by one individual for personal use by that individual and their immediate family. These terms govern that private use.
1. Acceptable use
Aria may be used only by its owner and the family members the owner authorises, each with their own connected accounts. It must be used only for lawful, personal purposes.
2. No warranty
Aria is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It is a personal project and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. It is not a commercial service and carries no service-level guarantee.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any loss arising from use of Aria, including any loss of data. You remain responsible for your own data, which continues to live in your own Google account.
4. Your data
Aria's handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: your files stay in your own Google Drive, the database holds only metadata and pointers, and nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising.
5. Disconnecting
You may disconnect your Google account from Aria at any time, which immediately stops all further access to your data.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued personal use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
